As a closely held family estate in Puglia (the southeastern region of southern Italy), Castello Tudisco continually honors its strong ties to the past by ensuring that our strong tradition remains the key to our future. 

In order to understand the present day company, one must understand that our seeds were planted the very day the groves took root hundreds of years ago.  Since the original harvest nearly a century ago, the land has moved between 4 royal families, the castle evolved in form and function, and technology has steadily improved.  There is, however, one very important aspect that has remained constant; the dedication and respect to the land and for the traditional harvesting methods passed down from generation to generation.

Our philosophy is simple; endow every premium item produced today with the same level of quality and care as in years past. 

By so doing, we are confident that our products will be the element to make your cooking experiences as full of joy and creativity as the experiences had by our family for years and years.
